Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Had 3 sessions so far and it's the first time I've really looked forward to my next therapy session. Knowing that I get to go over my week with Sara and move forwards to create a better me is very rewarding. Would 100% recommend Sara.
Sara is brilliant and has really helped me to learn things about myself and find ways to make my life less stressful. I always come away from our sessions feeling lighter and with useful tools to put into practice
Sara is absolutely fantastic. She’s a great listener and always very supportive. Our sessions are really helping me understand myself better. I feel like I’ve made a lot of improvements since I started therapy
The first couple of sessions have already been insightful and I have felt calmer this week. I feel listened to and understood and Sara has given me lots of helpful advice already.
She is great!
I'm really enjoying this experience and style of theory - I've had face-to-face for 8 years and as my circumstances changed - I have found this format brilliant
Great therapist!
Sara is very good at her profession and really helped me when I needed that impartial perspective to help me work through the problem I had.
I have only had 3 sessions but I already feel like I’m making progress. Sara is wonderful, I’m very comfortable speaking to her and always end my sessions feeling lighter. I feel like I’m starting to understand things about myself that I have been struggling with for years.
Sara has been wonderful from the get go. 3 sessions in and feeling very comfortable in my therapy journey
