Dr. Nichols is amazing. I love him so much that I truly wish he was one of my family members. He feels such a void in my heart for the longing that I’ve had for such a long time for a father figure for my life. God bless him and his family. And what an asset he is to this program. Thanks so much in advance for the opportunity.

I do not believe in coincidence. I lost my father in 2008, I have struggled with so much since his passing because he isn't here to talk to -- and Dr. Nichols gave me looks just like Dad used to. It was like he was channeling my dad. I felt comfortable speaking with him, I just need to figure out how to find my own voice and not be ashamed of my thoughts so I can speak clearly and not sugar my fears and anxiety- I have hope and I have only spoken to him once. I might be hard but to crack, but at least now I know I can open up.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
