I've been seeing Liz for therapy, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She really listens and cares, and always comes up with solutions to help me work through my problems. Liz is incredibly understanding, and I feel very lucky to have found such a good match. I highly recommend her!

I have tried therapy many times before, and this is the first time I feel that I'm making real progress. Liz has a strong ability to mirror back and reframe confusing and difficult situations and emotions. She has provided me with a framework with which to organize and process my emotions better and I have noticed a significant improvement in my self esteem and thought patterns working with her. I have even recommended therapy to people in my life where before I would feel ashamed at participating in sessions.
