Lauren is a talented therapist. She listens, is fully present, follows up via message, reminds me about mindfulness strategies we have discussed. She is knowledgeable and shares byte sized YouTube videos that explain tricky concepts in communication and parenting that I can practice to get better outcomes. Many times she stays beyond the time with me to wrap up the topic of that discussion. Highly recommend Lauren.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Lauren is an excellent listener and very empathetic in a sincere and comforting manner. She provides healthy feedback and various sources of information based on what I divulge to her without judgement or scrutiny. I feel safe enough with her to freely express myself.

Cannot recommend Lauren or Better help more. Real people here and Lauren is awesome
I’ve only had a handful of sessions with Lauren but in those sessions she has supported me, let me talk with no judgement, let me cry. She isn’t just a great listener she is also giving me tips and tricks to help with my anxiety. I highly recommend her and Better Help.
She is very gentle, and never pushes me to do anything I don’t like or want. My first language is Spanish and for me is perfect because sometimes I don’t know how to say something in English, I really like the opportunity to switch between one language to the other one.
Lauren is awesome. She and I clicked right from the start. I like that she will engage with me , not like a lot of.other therapists who just nod their head and say “ How do you feel.” I think she will tell me what I need to hear not what a want to Looking forward to working with her.
Lauren is super understanding and just listens and makes me feel understood. Love that I can share my life experiences and she just listens without judgment. Sends me different activities to do throughout my day when my anxiety acts up.
Highly recommend. Punctual, warmhearted, compassionate, receptive
