Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I appreciate Eric's abililty to listen and help me navigate the various challenges I am managing.
Eric is an excellent therapist. He really listens to what you have to say and is very relateable so it makes it very easy and comfortable to chat to him. One thing I really wanted to gain throughout my journey were different ways to cope with my anxiety and also to understand it a bit better. Eric was able to help me look at things with a different perspective and give me tools that worked for me to help cope with my anxiety.
Great at relating your problems to other similar problems others have faced. Knows a great deal about how people work and their behaviors. Helped me find a path forward within a small timeframe and helped me find goals to work towards. Would recommend 10/10 times.
