The thought of seeking help may seem daunting and overwhelming. You may be wanting someone to walk with you through change, or you may lack hope and feel the need for someone to listen and really understand. Whatever your situation it takes courage to make this first step in seeking support. I also appreciate the need to find the right person to support you on your journey, with this in mind in our first session I will seek to answer any questions and concerns you may have. The quality of the relationship I have with each client is of paramount importance to me, because without a relationship, therapy simply will not work.
A bit about me, I am a qualified integrative counsellor with experience working as a 1:1 therapist and as a group counsellor. I have a passion to see the whole person well. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to work through issues that cause difficulty and pain in life and relationships. Drawing on both my professional and life experience I aim to empower my clients to find their own solutions. I work with the issues that the client brings brings to the session, examples may be anxiety, depression, addiction, codependency, bereavement and the struggles in relationships.
I also specialise in addiction recovery and supporting those who have family members struggling with addiction.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Fantastic!
Sarah shows understanding for all my needs. She is a person who can provide very good content in addition to the video sessions. At the same time, she pays attention to triggers and psychological needs. In the video sessions she asks good targeted questions and offers reflection to think about.
