Hello and a warm welcome, I am fully qualified registered member of the BACP in the UK with 4 years of professional counselling work experience. I also have 12 years of extensive experience in helping clients to cope with and overcome addictions and substance misuse. An area I am truly passionate about.

Along with this I am experienced in working with trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem and confidence, depression and anxiety, stress, relationship/family issues, domestic abuse and life changes.
