Stacy is just so patient with you as you try to figure out the journey you're on. She praises your accomplishments. Encourages you when you feel like you've given up on yourself. Offers valid solutions, and provides links for resources for the area of yourself, relationship, etc that you are working on. She asks valid questions when she needs to make sure she is understanding you. I can see her as being one of those people that if you hadn't spoken to them for years, and bump into them, that you could pick right up from where you last left off. I am blessed to have had her as a therapist. I would recommend her to anyone as she is a valuable individual.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Stacey has helped me through two of my hardest situations in recent memory. I don't think that I would be able to progress in my healing without her.
