I am licensed in Colorado with 37 years as a Mental Health professional. Most of my doctoral level work has been with Soldiers and other military personnel. In addition to the doctoral level education and professional Internship all psychologists complete I have also done a Pediatric Fellowship which afforded me the opportunity to work extensively with military family members. I have also worked with civilians in various private practice venues. I am experienced using multiple strategies helping clients with stress and anxiety, PTSD, combat related and other trauma, depression and ADHD. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I feel I am at my professional best when the client and I can establish clear goals and objectives. Personal growth is not restricted to time spent with a therapist and I try to work with clients to identify meaningful experiments or activities to facilitate their behavior change outside the "office."
