I was really worried about getting therapy because of a fear of judgement, I only had 4 sessions with Sabrina and I feel that I got the tools I needed to deal with things myself. She listened to me without judgement and I actually found some of my experiences were similar to hers and I made me feel even better. She was so lovely to me and really helped me deal with stuff, I would definitely recommend her.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I've only been with Sabrina a few weeks but I have really valued it. She is non-judgemental which I really needed, and her perspective is extremely helpful. I love the online video format as it means I can fit it in around a hectic life and it's not tedious or having to first drive somewhere, park, walk etc. Online counselling is a wonderful experience.
