She’s fabulous!

Reviewed November 2024

Began my first therapy journey 23 weeks ago and in that time I’m grateful for access to a service like this. In the midst of big life changes and having someone to talk to each week about what I’m going through and be a sounding board for what I’m trying to return my mental health to a good place has been incredible. Working with Virginia has been great. When I’ve asked to be challenged more she gives me things to think about and work on. Conversations are always solid and I leave them feeling better about the days ahead.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Virginia is amazing. I finally found my perfect match. She’s the first therapist I felt that I could share anything and everything with without judgement. She’s very warm and kind and always checks in with me. But she also tells it how it is. I couldn’t ask for a better therapist!

Virginia is a very qualified clinician. She is professional and at the same time is very empathic. It is very easy to establish rapport with her. I have never been a big fan of MFT's but she is really good, and seems to have a holistic approach to her practice which I truly appreciate.
