Sarah has been an angel for me. Outside of Better Help I’d almost given up on finding a therapist I could let my guard down with. Sarah has created a safe place for me to face internalized pain at a pace that I set while championing me to cross hurdles that were scary and painful. It’s really hard for me to let go and open up. Sarah has also provided alternative therapy methods that I can not recommend enough for anyone who has experienced mental abuse. It might not be for everyone, but she helped me reprogram my feelings. I can’t thank her enough.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
