Jean has been professional yet understanding of everything that I have discussed with her. I feel confident that she will tell me when I’m wrong or areas I need to work on, but also reassuring in the areas I feel like I’m lacking and she thinks I’m doing great. She has a great schedule for getting sessions in and is always on time to them.

I have only had one session, but so far i'd say Jean has made therapy easier than I expected.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Jean Cummings’s has been a life saver for me. What I felt was chronic depression was more of chronic grief. Not being able to know what to do with the emotions. I now do.

I was able to open up to her and she listened and gave me feedback and I was able to reflect and I honestly felt better even after just one session!

Great advice and makes complete sense. I feel better doing some of the things she recommends. Reading the 5 love languages has also opened my eyes to different forms of love that others need.
