  • LPC

I am licensed in Texas with 6 years of professional work experience. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I like to use a strengths based approach in counseling and work with my clients toward a solution, but I also use Congitive Behavioral Therapy and psycho-education when needed.

My primary focus in counseling is working with clients who have a connection to the struggles and challenges of ADHD. The challenges that may bring to the individual, or within the family can be confounding

.I build strong relationships with clients and work toward giving my best for their good. I have years of experience working with students, family members and employees and others where a greater understanding of ADHD is needed.

I would love to have the opportunity to talk to you about your challenges and look forward to that possibility!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
