Welcome to my page at BetterHelp. It's Ok to talk.

I am a fully qualified counsellor registered with the BACP with over 4 years of professional work experience and seeking accreditation soon.

I have experience in helping clients with Depression and Anxiety, workplace burnout, stress, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, amongst other areas.

I have a motivational, pragmatic, solution based style, and I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

We can tailor a programme to suit your unique and specific needs. If you've never been to therapy before my Integrative training means I can use a variety of skills to suit the client, not fit the client to one specific area of expertise.

For those that know they want CBT, I am qualified to offer this on it's own - or as many actually prefer; blend it's greater coping skills/strategies/exercises into a more normal counselling session.

Taking the first step to seeking help can seem quite daunting but I try to make it something to actually look forward too.

My most recent experiences has been helping NHS professional staff in a time of crisis and I'm sure that they would testify to this.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
