I am able to step out of the toxic relationships, and see them in a different perspective, while stepping into the person I want to be for my children. Having this safe space with Laura has really helped me learn about my own boundaries, and hopes and dreams. And also how to take the first steps towards this future.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I truly feel like I am entering a safe space every week when we meet. I am able to voice my troubles and concerns and they are met with compassion and understanding every time. I honestly don't think I would have been able to make this much progress if it weren't for Laura's guidance.

After working with Laura for a year, I have become more confident, learned to set boundaries, and let go of huge traumas that I had been holding on to for years. She continues to help me find my own path by shedding old habits and patterns.

I've never had therapy before, so I was apprehensive and didn't know what to expect. I was matched with Laura, and right from the start I was made to feel at ease. I don't tend to freely open up with my feelings, but I felt that I was soon able to with Laura. Even after just the 1st session, I felt like something had been lifted from me. 4 sessions later and I now feel like I've let out so much and feel so much better about things. I would definitely recommend Laura, her professionalism and care through these personal matters makes all the difference. Thank you.
