Maria, has been everything I would hope a therapist represents. She is thoughtful, kind and in tune when we meet. She is understanding that speaking about certain things can be difficult and she applauds honesty. Having not been to therapy before, I hope that anyone seeking to improve themself, can find a kind soul like Maria.

Maria has been the absolute top tier therapist for me to talk to. She has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She knows when to listen and when to cut in. She knows exactly when and how to say things and takes a dedicated amount of time to learn her people. She is bloody amazing if not for the fact that she reminds me of nella from gavin and Stacy. She is incredible

Maria is both a thoughtful and encouraging therapist. Her questions are non judgmental yet probe my fears in the gentlest way so that I can safely explore past narratives that no longer serve their purpose. She listens intently, with great reflection and always praises me for the progress I made towards better mental health. She reminds me to take my own side, to reclaim accountability for my own wellbeing, all while remaining compassionate for those figures or histories at are an inextricable part of my life. I have been able to holistically unify myself, my past and present in order to build a future, and Maria has been largely responsible for aiding me in that endeavor. I know that the significant strides I made would not have occurred so quickly without her guidance. She is lovely and kind hearted. Thank you so much, Maria!
