Recent reviews

Karen has a wonderful way of greeting you at the beginning of each session; and does a great job of transitioning from the opening of hello, to getting right to what you would like to discuss. I never felt rushed to get to my points, and I also never felt like I couldn’t warm up to getting into my sessions. Any time a conflict of scheduling occurred, Karen was prompt to inform me of the changes needed, and always offered the available openings to try and work around such a change. Highly recommended.

Karen has been exactly what I needed. As a young mother, who recently lost her own mother to suicide, I’ve struggled with my mental health. Karen has challenged me in ways that have allowed me a new perspective on things. She motivates me and listens to me and makes me feel validated. I’m so grateful for her.

Love Karen, she lets me set the pace and will push if needed but also respects if something is too hard and we come at things from a different angle that isn't as hard but still working on the issue.
