Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Avril has helped me so much, more than I would have expected. She listens to everything I have to say and always respects some silence if needed. Her advice has been amazing and genuinely life changing, her methods of coping really helps as I incorporated what we discussed into my life. Not only has she helped me deal with and understand my issues, she helped me understand myself on such a deeper level and led me on a whole new course of healing I didn't know I had access to Avril is always on time and replies quickly to messages, and if she is a little late, she always apologizes and makes up the time at the end of the session I felt really safe and cared for talking with Avril, I knew I could be as open and honest as I needed and it would be met with kindness, sincerity and honesty too I've had multiple therapists and therapy options before but Avril and Better help have been the best by far. Thank you so much for all your help Avril
