Lee has been an amazing help to me. I am so grateful for every session I have had with him. I’ve become so comfortable in opening up about how I’m feeling without judgment and Lee is so easy to talk too and great at making me feel comfortable and always offering great advice. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Lee has made me realise how strong I really am, and that I’m capable of achieving anything I put my mind to, and also helped me realise that it’s okay to have bad days and see the positives instead of the negatives. I’m immensely grateful for all he has done for me.

I am credentialed in the UK with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Sometimes you may need someone to talk to who is out of your family or social circle. Someone who won't judge you or who won't be put out if you talk about wanting to explore changing the way you live your life, your relationship/s or your outlook. This is where counselling can help. I listen to people's concerns, worries and dissatisfaction with life with the aim of working with them to find a new way to think, live or interact. Using an Integrative framework, I provide a non-judgemental, empathetic and understanding approach to counselling, where clients feel comfortable to express their issues in a safe and caring environment. I lend the opportunity for clients to feel free to be themselves, feeling both heard and listened to. Clients can confidentially discuss past and present difficulties and gain awareness and understanding about unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours to bring about change. The objective of working together will be to help you overcome your symptoms and recover.
