Let’s clear your mind together. People seek counselling for lots of different reasons and it can be daunting to take those first steps. The most important part is finding a counsellor who is right for you, someone you feel comfortable with and who you can relate to. I am a Person- Centred integrative counsellor. I offer a safe space to be listened to and will tailor our sessions to fit to your individual needs, requirements and your goals, by working together, in a comfortable non-judgmental space for you to think and talk about your concerns. I will work with you, at your pace, on the issues that you are struggling to make sense of or cope with. I will support you unconditionally on your counselling journey.

I work as an integrative, person-centred counsellor in a non-directive way to help you through major life changes such as loss, bereavement, and relationship problems. As well as with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, inner conflict and low self-esteem.

Through my volunteer work with victim support Scotland and healed scars I have gained extensive experience, helping individuals through emotional abuse, trauma, domestic and sexual violence.

I have obtained a COSCA accredited Diploma in Counselling.

COSCA Certificate in Counselling.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapist (MBACP).

Member of the person centred therapy Scotland.

Member of the National Counselling Society.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
