Therapy has been absolutely everything to me… it’s helped me beyond words and made me realise why deep rooted traumas come about when least expected. My therapist has been so calm, patient and so amazing at giving advise which has made a huge difference xx

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I trust Ije. Currently undergoing a PhD program in psychology, Ije is an experienced and skilled professional that keeps further investing in her knowledge. This builds trust as I met someone likeminded that I can relate to and it also gives me the comfort of getting up-to-date support. I like how she blends in our treatment different perspectives with tools, as this makes me ground those new approaches to reality. Ije handles the sessions with confidence dosing perfectly listening vs speaking, maintaining so a human nature all along the journey.
