Hello, I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and my Masters of Professional Counseling from The University Of Wisconsin Oshkosh. I am a licensed Professional Counselor in the great state of Wisconsin.
I have over 25 years of experience working with teens and adults with anxiety, grief and loss, life changes and transitions, divorce, co-parenting difficulties, low self-esteem, stress, and many other issues.
I provide a non-judgmental and warm approach to my therapy sessions. Many individuals are reluctant to come to therapy or are hesitant to freely express themselves in the therapy process. I establish that this is a safe place where they will never feel judged and be at ease in expressing what brought them to therapy in the first place.
No problem is too big or too small for therapy if you are ready to dive in and learn more about yourself.
I have met so many people who face adversity with bravery and vulnerability. They reinforce my belief that the things that happen to us are only part of our story, and we get to write the rest of it. Change is powerful, and so are you.
I look forward to starting this journey with you!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
