Faith takes the time to listen to me and addresses all my concerns. She has provided me with many techniques to help me better understand and cope with my anxiety and depression. I have gotten more out of our two sessions together than I did the 9 months with my previous therapist. I leave the session feeling refreshed and optimistic. She picks great exercises and worksheets to help me be mindful and introspective. She is patient allowing me to do introspective work at my own pace while still checking in and encouraging me to keep doing the work. She ends most sessions with a meditation or mindfulness exercise so I always come away feeling more centered and more at peace.

I’ve only have one video appointment with Faith and was just expecting a general meet and greet but she was ready to start learning my story right away. It was nice to feel her enthusiasm and support towards my journey. Day one and she was already helping me discover where certain thought patterns may be coming from. She checks in with me often about how I’m doing and reminding me to make appointments (which is helpful as I’m pretty good at putting things off). She sends me worksheets to do on my own time. She also sends little reminders of daily practices that we’re working on together. I feel like she cares a lot about my process and that she wants me to become the best version of myself and that feels like the support I really need.
