Camille has exceeded ALL of my expectations of what therapy can accomplish! I was living with depression and low self-confidence prior to meeting Camille. She helped me through childhood and recent traumas, and really helped me to get to know myself. Even the times I thought going into a session "What is there to go over?" we'd uncover SO much. She gave me many actionable exercises that really helped me understand myself and helped me break through my own blockages. Even though on the surface level not much has changed in my life (e.g. same living situation, same job, same responsibilities, same romantic partnership status), everything in my life feels so different and I'm just so thankful. The lens I see the world and myself through is so much brighter, and I'm very hopeful for the future. And Camille continues to exceed my expectations as she helps me on my next journey of building the life I've always dreamed of.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
