Welcome to my listing, if you have come here feeling that you have much to do, I intend that you will leave confidently with only one thing to be, you! I hope you find the information provided supports your now and next steps toward a more peaceful and empowering life, after all you've taken the biggest step getting here, now we can simply get to work on all of your most important challenges and goals.

I'll start with a little info on me. My name is Clare and I am trained in the Person-Centred Approach with many years of clinical practice as an Abuse Trauma Psychotherapist. I endeavour to offer a space where you feel genuinely heard, held, and understood unconditionally and without judgement.

Regardless of what brings you to our therapeutic work we will always aim to honour and empower your most authentic self to live a more satisfying life, aligned with your specific values and needs to provide a deeper sense of wholeness in your approach to daily life and its challenges.

I work within a psycho-spiritual framework, bringing an open-hearted, intuitive, and empathic quality to each session to facilitate deeper self-inquiry and integrated insights revealing a therapeutic process unique to your personal transformational journey.

I bring specific and targeted support for those experiencing relational/marital/spousal/partnership challenges. In our current climate relationship dynamics to self and others are emerging at the core of many of our deepest struggles.

As humans we are undergoing radical shifts in the way we connect and relate in terms of building healthy conditions for growth and support in our friendships, families and romantic connections. My clinical work reflects this by providing support at the leading edge of our rapidly changing relationship paradigms.

My work is informed by depth psychology and the influence of masculine and feminine energies within our most important relationships and connections.

More broadly I love to work creatively and collaboratively with my clients to reveal your full potential, delivering a therapeutic process unique to you.

As a Yoga & Meditation teacher, I can provide the option to include targeted yogic/meditation practices within the scope of our work. If the spiritual/religious aspect of your life is an emerging or important part of your therapeutic journey we can work to include a more spiritually informed in-session experience.

I hope to meet you soon and support your next steps.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
