Alicia is simply amazing. From my first session, she has been kind and understanding, provided great tools and methods, and overall is just so insightful. I've done therapy before but no one I have ever spoken to truly took the time to see all parts of my experience (body language, tone of voice, etc.) with such compassion and provide such helpful queues and tools to work through it. I could not recommend her enough!!
I've only been working with Alicia a week but she's quick to get back and comment on my journal also giving me ideas so far it's been a great experience
Alicia is the best therapist I have ever had in my life. She is the best listener & has a great perspective on all things related to life, relationships, hardships, challenging moments, etc. One of the things I think I struggled most with in the past few months is building relationships not only with a companion but friends & family relationships. She is the easiest person to talk to & I am so grateful for her. Alicia is very knowledgeable & fun to talk to. To know Alicia, is to love Alicia! I cannot say enough great things about her. I highly recommend booking a session with Alicia!
Always listens, offers solutions for myself to use. Never speaks over me, even when I sometimes respond before she has a chance to finish speaking. Makes me feel heard, and validated in my feelings and experiences. Planning to continue therapy for as long as needed.
She’s very attentive and allows me to talk even when I’m just basically talking over the top of her and she provides legitimate examples of things I could do to better myself I could go on and on about my experience so far
Alicia was professional and a wonderful support to me on one of the worst days of my life.
Alicia is easily one of the best, most caring listeners I’ve ever had, and her depth of knowledge and experience makes her a top choice for therapy!
Alicia is easy to talk to and very supportive. She’s encourages me to go at my own pace, has helpful insight, and is not judgmental. She is professional, I feel she is invested in my progress, and I highly recommend her!
