I knew my journey would be long, 40+ years in an unhealthy marriage, and Sherry knew this. The time we spend together in conversation, the homework, has helped me incredibly, KNOW, what I knew inside, but couldn't "see" or face. She doesn't tell me what I need to do, or feel, but helps guide me ... to find me! In the past week, I have felt so much lighter, as I am having some real breakthroughs!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I love how she guides me to find the answers that will be helpful and resonate with me, so I can make lasting changes in thought and being! I've had so many light bulb moments.... you know, and then You Know! She's fabulous!

I've tried therapy so many times throughout my life, and it's never worked or helped any. I've always felt judged or blown off, seen as a "paycheck". Sherry actually remembers things I tell her about. She pays attention and calls me out/challenges me when it's needed. She respects my boundaries and has given me tools that have helped me greatly. I've had (I think) 7 or 8 sessions with her now, and every week I'm excited to see her again to update and to get advice on the CRAZY stuff that happens in my life. Would always recommend her, 11/10.
