I have been with Kirsty for about a year. She has been so helpful, she's lovely and understanding and will check in with me at the end of every session. She makes me feel seen and I appreciate everything she's doing to help me.

I have been working with Kirsty for the past six months, and as my first ever therapist, she has made a significant positive impact on my journey. Starting therapy was something I found very daunting, but Kirsty eased me into it with her warm and approachable demeanor. She made me feel incredibly comfortable from the very beginning, which was essential for me as I often struggle with expressing myself. Kirsty has a remarkable ability to help me explore and understand the thoughts and feelings that lie beneath the surface. Her friendly, non-judgmental ear has been invaluable during a particularly challenging time in my life. I am deeply grateful for her support and the fresh perspectives she offers, which have helped me gain a better understanding of myself. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy, and Kirsty truly creates a safe space for personal growth and reflection. I highly recommend Kirsty to anyone considering therapy; she is an exceptional therapist who genuinely cares about her clients' well-being.

I am a qualified person centred counsellor but with time and experience, my approach has evolved into being more integrative. The last 3 years I have provided trauma counselling, which has allowed me to sit with a wide range of presenting issues. I often hear that people have been given the label 'too complicated', so my aim is to provide a safe environment that welcomes everyone. I understand the step in pursuing therapy requires courage and can sometimes feel daunting but I look forward to starting the conversation of how our work may help you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Kirsty is brilliant, calm and non judgemental. She makes sure you understand what feedback she's given. You get the impression that Kirsty really wants to help you

Reviewed May 2024

Kirsty is understanding, thoughtful, and very good at asking questions which get me to think for myself, helping me process feelings/thoughts/realisations properly, and arguably more in depth.

Kirsty is a wonderful human and therapist. She listens fully and helps me to articulate my thoughts and emotions. She’s able to steer conversations and pivot on topics if I want to. She offers insights and guidance in an empathetic and tailored way. I look forward to our sessions every week and I can’t express how much she’s helped me.

The first therapist in my life that I’ve like and found helpful, and I’ve had a lot! Kirsty is kind, intelligent, and intuitive. Would recommend for anyone.

Reviewed December 2023

I am so happy with my therapy with Kirsty, she helps me see things clearly and is so supportive and really listens to me.

Reviewed November 2023

Kirsty listens when I need, but also asks good questions that make me think about my behaviour/reactions to things around me. After only a few sessions, these questions have already guided me to have some good realisations both in and out of sessions.

Reviewed September 2023

From feeling completely anxiety filled before our first session to being relaxed within 5 minutes of talking is unheard of for me but Kirsty put me at ease straight away. I feel she really listens and can approach things that I need pointing out without making me feel uneasy about it. Where I've had to miss a video session for personal reasons she's sent a message in the week to check in that I'm doing OK. I was hesitant about using an online platform for this sort of thing but I'm so glad I have and I'm looking forward to working with Kirsty more.
