He's great!

Reviewed November 2024

Andrew was the first therapist I met on BetterHelp. I was very confused and had a lot of anxieties when I first came to Andrew. He is such a good listener and helps me slowly break down my anxieties and helped me to build a routine. I sometimes come to him asking for urgent meetings and even if he had a full schedule he was willing to add an appointment time to meet with me. I feel like he actually cares about my well being. He gave me so much reliable support.

Andrew is a fantastic therapist. He listens and understands my issues, while gently challenging me and masterfully directing the conversation into productive self-reflection instead of self- indulgent complaining. I found it so useful to be challenged in this manner because it was very effective in shifting my thinking from a victim-mindset to a productive problem solver mindset, which changed how I approached my mental health and the challenges of my life. In a nutshell, Andrew’s approach is highly empowering , and he gives you the impression of someone who’s experienced enough to really know what you’re going through, and really know what will help you, all the while gently encouraging you to take those difficult steps towards healing.
