Hi! I am licensed in Alabama with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I also have experience working with crisis situations and helping take steps toward a healthy life after a crisis happens.

Unconditional positive regard, listening without judgement, and providing support for any challenges life brings are a big part of my counseling philosophy. I believe in the importance of honest, open, respectful communication in the therapeutic relationship. Along with this openness, I believe you are the expert in your life, and I am here to walk with you in your journey to wellness.

Every person is unique and the dialogue between us along with the treatment plan we collaborate on will reflect your individual needs and goals. A good treatment plan is not something impossible or unrealistic, but one with small and attainable goals that fit into your life.

Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Reviewed November 2023

Honestly the best therapist I’ve ever had. She makes me feel seen and heard, and always provides a safe, respectful and empathetic space.

Reviewed September 2023

I’ve only had a few sessions with her but I enjoy the exercises she provides and find them useful

Reviewed August 2023

She is so nice and understanding. She is finally a therapist that takes time to listen about recent things instead of just focusing on the past problems. She takes any review and makes sure to change things up for a liking more comfortable for me. If you need someone that won’t freak you out and will even just talks about dogs/cats with you to help I would completely recommend her.
