Tanya is an extremely good listener. It’s easy for someone to empathise and ask questions but you can tell that Tanya really listens, as she remembers what’s been said and there’s usually a lot to say! She never leaves me without a plan to de-escalate emotions and provides literature or suggestions to action and help. This helps a lot towards the feeling of progress.
