Hi, I’m Sasha. I use an integrative person-centred approach to therapy and believe that each person has a unique and individual experience which cannot be worked on with a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Therefore, I aim to work with you to find what works best and to tailor each session to you and what you are experiencing in the moment.

I will provide an empathetic, understanding and non-judgemental space so that you can feel comfortable to explore your experiences and feelings. It is also important to remember that this is your space and you are welcome to explore at your own pace.

I qualified with a first class degree (BSc) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am registered with the BACP (MBACP). I have worked in various settings with a range of people experiencing different issues. Some examples of what I can support with are:

Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Family/Relationship problems, Bereavement and Loss, Self-esteem, Identity, Self-harm and Suicidal feelings. This is not an exhaustive list and I am available to discuss any support you might be looking for.

It can be scary to take the first step into getting support from a counsellor. And you are already here! Reach out for a chat and I would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
