I have been a fully Licensed Professional Counselor since 2010; and I have worked in the Behavorial/Mental Health field for over 15 years. I have practiced in a private practice setting since 2013. I have worked in many areas of Mental Health and held several Clinical roles as a LPC, NCC, EAP Clinician, and Military & Family Life Counselor on a full time, part time and contractor basis throughout my career. I possess extensive leadership skills, management experience, clinical and professional experience in addition to my extensive clinical and academic background. I hold a B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Counseling and extensive experience in BH Psychology and Industrial & Organizational Psychology. I am a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, EAP Counselor and have served as a Military & Family Life Counselor on many military bases in Texas for many years.

I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Family Systems in addition to other theoretical approaches within my practice. I conduct Individual, Family and Couples Counseling in addition to Christian Counseling and work with Families, Couples, Child/Adolescent/College age clients, Active Duty Military and Veterans.
