Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Amber has been a supportive and professional therapist, highly recommend.
She is fantastic, easily my favorite therapist.
I’ve never felt seen. Or heard. Amber listens and has been able to give me helpful tips. Her help is much appreciated
Amber is amazing , she is extremely supportive and finds so many ways that I can try to feel better and different ways of looking at my situation that I hadn’t thought of I feel like she really listens and trying to find solutions and challenges my dysfunctional way of thinking.
A very nice lady who is open and understanding. I never feel judged for my thoughts or actions from her.
What a kind and understanding woman. I encourage all to explore therapy but have my own reservations, and she was able to remove those walls and guide me. Thank you.
I highly recommend Amber! I never feel judged or dismissed when bringing up topics. She responds fairly quickly and has reached out to me on her own accord to check in when I’ve gone through events that have been more challenging to me or even just exciting events. It feels like she truly cares which makes it so easy to open up to her.
I highly recommend Amber. For individuals who are at a crossroad, meaning they are ready to heal, they know that they need help from a safe person and are ready to do the work. Well Amber would be that for you. She not only makes me feel safe, she helps me grasp why I feel like I do. She helps me unpack. Her therapy sessions don’t leave you feeling dropped, rushed, or overwhelmed. She helps you get those feelings out. I’m eternally grateful. Thank you Amber.
Amber is great! She lets me know she understands and my feelings are valid which is a huge relief. Somedays you just need someone to remind you of that so you feel like you are not alone. She has positve suggestions and recommendations to make the small and bigger changes in my life I want to make. She also checks in often to see how an appointment went or see if I am following through with wanted changes to help me feel better.
