I am glad to have her on my life.
I’ve never really thought of having a therapist so this is really new to me. However Dr. Underwood-Mobley has giving me an outlet to express my thoughts in a forum that I don’t have to regulate myself. So this has been really helpful to be able express my thoughts in a safe space that benefits just me. She gives me good feedback and advice on how to navigate frustration we all have in our relationships. So overall I’ve had a very positive experience.
