I feel incredibly fortunate to have connected with my therapist right from the start. She has been an invaluable guide as I navigate the challenges of living with an alcoholic. From the moment we began working together, I felt understood, supported, and heard. Her compassionate approach immediately put me at ease, and I appreciate how she combines empathy with deep knowledge of the complexities involved in my situation. Her insights into addiction have helped me not only understand the behaviors of my loved one but also how to take care of myself in the process. I look forward to our sessions because I always leave feeling more grounded and empowered to manage difficult emotions and situations. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where I can be open and honest, and I truly value the positive impact she's having on my mental health. Her expertise, combined with her warm, patient demeanor, makes her an exceptional therapist. I feel incredibly supported, and I am grateful to have her in my corner as I work through this journey.

Jacqueline is the best therapist I’ve had the privilege of working with. She has been able to handle anything I throw at her. Where people have made me feel shame, she has helped me understand and grow. She truly is one that can connect and help in any situation. My favorite thing about her, she’s honest. If she doesn’t have an answer right away, she has the resources and the desire to help you find the best course of action. Jaqueline is incredible.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I'm very easy going and usually stick it out with things or people, because i don't like confrontation, so with that said - My first therapist I was matched with did not get me, i could tell we weren't going to jive with the first session. I was hesitant to try again, but the best things dont always come first, sometimes you have to take another chance and I couldnt be happier that i did, Meredith is so warm and lovely. She just gets me , from the first 5 mins she could connect with me and she understood me, YES THAT SOON! She listens and listens she doesn't pressure anything shes just there for you with her wisdom and knowledge. shes a safe space.
