It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Working with this therapist has been very beneficial for me. We have set up goals I wanted to achieve in therapy and we were making them more approachable and in the end these sessions superseded my expectations as I was able to achieve the specific goals that were set up. Scott is a very kind, experienced and knowledgeable person who listens carefully and offers wise words of advice and timely guidance. He offered me lots of wisdom in the area of relationships and boundaries. I would absolutely recommend this therapist to anyone looking for a Christ-centered approach to their struggles or life as a whole.
