I am a licensed fully Accredited Counsellor in the UK with over 7 years of professional work experience working in mental health, bereavement and stress related situations. I have vast experience in helping clients from all backgrounds with trauma, bereavement, sleeping disorders, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, low mood and depression. I have the ability to emphasise with individuals whilst retaining an objective and realistic approach to counselling.

I also hold qualifications in Mindfulness and Nutrition providing a non-judgemental, holistic approach focussing on both your mental and physical health.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Together we will build a strong therapeutic relationship where there is trust. respect, understanding and complete confidentiality at all times.
