Elisha has changed my life!! I’m beyond happy to say I’ve gained so much love and trust for myself and towards people, and am able to navigate difficult situations with way more wisdom and self trust. I worked with Elisha for a few months and she helped me navigate difficult relationships, what I didn’t realise was that I started making decisions that I would have never done, creating a life that felt deeply more unsatisfying. Taking a solo trip to London twice led to making aligned friends. Creating standards in who I actually want to be in a romantic relationship with. Tracing back habits that I kept having, opening my heart up again slowly to love. Deciding to follow my dreams of how I truly want to live my life with my career! I’m so blessed to have met Elisha!! She made me feel so safe to open up. I didn’t feel judged, for the first time I felt seen, heard. And that in itself with all the amazing results, was the best result!! How she listened to me, it healed something in me, a part of me yearned for!! I’ve fallen so much more in love with life and the woman I’ve become and am becoming!! Thank you Elisha! You are a wonderful therapist!!

Elisha is a person who not only listens, but asks good questions. That is very good and important since you have to think about your problems in a different way and therefor are able to see it from new perspectives. She is also very welcoming and understanding. Her humor is also a big plus :)))

I have been through a tremendous amount of stress throughout last year. I have had therapy before and felt it helped a lot. Elisha is simply the right therapist at the right time for me. There is an openness and kindness which is essential to feel at ease to discuss anything and everything. I honestly feel the most positive I have felt during time in therapy, I feel seen and heard whilst having Elisha’s experience and guidance throughout my sessions. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my choice of therapist and feel very confident about where I am heading with the support of my sessions with Elisha. I highly recommend Elisha, she’s compassionate, experienced and professional. She’s a Lovely person & an excellent therapist.

Elisha is such a lovely therapist. After having not the best experience with another therapist, I decided to switch and found Elisha, I’m so glad I did. Elisha is extremely patient, and listens to what you said, she understands you, and she also gives tools to help overcome whatever it is you’re struggling with. Always look forward to her sessions.

Reviewed September 2023

Couldn’t recommend Elisha’s therapy work any more. She has helped me through times when I really needed it and is able to offer the support I required.

Reviewed September 2023

Elisha is an active listener and always helps me make sense of what I struggle to explain. She is very attentive and encourages me to explore all my emotions rather than suppressing the negative and focusing on the positive, as previous counsellors have told me to do. It's so refreshing to finally have a therapist who actually sees me as a person rather than 'just another patient'.

Reviewed September 2023

Elisha was very kind, understanding and supportive throughout my sessions with her. She was easy to talk to, and responded quickly to messages outside of our planned sessions. She gave me some useful advice and exercises to use, which has really helped my well-being. Thanks Elisha!

Elisha is my first therapist from BetterHelp and this is the first type of psychotherapy I'm having in my life. So far, it's been a very positive experience as she's always respectful, understanding and supportive.

Reviewed August 2023

Elisha is the first therapist that didn't make me feel like I pay for someone to only listen to me and stop me when "our time is up". She allows me to express myself and does not judge. What is very valuable for me that she is active during our sessions. It feels more like a conversation with a friend (a very knowledgeable, passionate, and experienced type of friend who is okay with you speaking for 90% of your meeting), which asks questions, explains what is unclear, supports you in setting goals, and provides you with interesting materials. I am very glad Elisha is my therapist :)

Having had bad prior experiences with therapy, i was extremely nervous to get into it again, but Elisha has made it wonderful! She’s kind and validating, and always makes me feel welcome and understood each session. She makes each session a safe space and never makes me feel like i’m being judged.
