I find Josette’s keen insights to be profoundly beneficial. I appreciate the homework she gives me, whether it be videos, reading material, or activities, it always leaves me with a feeling of continued support between sessions and gives momentum to my healing and growing.

I was hesitant about working with better help as they have had issues in the past, I have a lifetime of stuff to work through. That being said, I wish I had done it so much sooner. Josette is a fantastic therapist both with exercises that help me cope as well as understanding and helping me understand where certain behaviors come from. 10/10 will recommend to everyone.

She is without a doubt my all time favorite therapist, and the one I am most confident in. That's not to be confused with the most agreeable or the most telling what you want to hear. I've not been seeing her much more than 3 months I think, but they've been extremely beneficial in helping me with my anxiety. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I care for and would feel confident I'd helped them in doing so.

Josette Prisk is an excellent therapist who doesn't miss a beat. She shows empathy, she is intelligent, and conveys thoughts and feelings of and to her client that are spot-on. Her instincts for what is important for her client are very telling in her "homework" assignments to get her client to focus on the important parts of their therapy. I highly recommend her as her CBT specialty will help a client who needs it and wants it. You have to want it.

Josette is kind and gives the best information for what I'm going through. I'm very excited to keep talking with her and the progress I can make with her help.

I have a habit of repeating myself because I am afraid of being misunderstood or like people dont listen to me. I never have to repeat myself with Josette and that to me speaks volumes. She is familiar enough with my issues that sometimes I swear she knows what I need to hear

Josette Prisk, or as I like to call her Josi, is a remarkable therapist. I had no idea what I was getting into when I first started looking at BetterHelp. I have long labored under harsh prejudices about mental health and the people who provide these services. I was wrong, very wrong. Josi has been there for me and helped to turn my life around. She listens well and is piercingly insightful! Not only that, but she is also extremely knowledgeable and instinctively knows how to point this old dog in the right direction. Time and time again she has cut through my mental fog and given me the tools to do this for myself. Her compassion is matched with empathy. We connect. And if there is one thing a therapist must be able to do it's connecting with the patient. Trust is definitely there. Honesty is there. She has become my true north for several months now and I have managed to sail through the worst storm of my life thanks to her. I really cannot say enough kind things about Josi. I was truly lucky to have found her and I am extremely grateful to receive her care.

Josette is an extraordinary therapist who takes the time to understand the needs and concerns of her patients, and has a keen sense of how to work with them to identify them themselves. She is strategic in the way she works with you, allowing you to do the work in conjunction with her in identifying and working through your emotions and or traumas. Highly recommend Josette on Better Help!

Reviewed December 2023

The person who gets me even though we have never met. She has helped me understand and accept things at my own pace without shaming you in any way. She is the best.
