Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She really makes me feel like she understands me, and always talks me through the hardest of situations
Jessica is an excellent therapist who is very understanding and educated. She assists in breaking down issues into manageable ideas and defining mental roadblocks.
Before talking with Ms Pino I was always a non believer in therapy, I gave all of my prior therapists a hard time and did not care for what they had to say. After a handful of sessions with Ms Pino I have gained something I never thought I’d have before and that’s emotional confidence in myself to assess situations and respond in a healthy way to help benefit my experience in said situations. If you are somebody who is still on the fence about therapy I highly recommend Jessica Pino to be your therapist as she has been more than just a therapist but a teacher and a motivator for me to become my own source of motivation!
Jess just “got me” from day one. EXTREMELY insightful, very intelligent and understanding. Helpful in tough situations. I feel very comfortable reaching out to her at the last minute when a situation arises. She does hr best to accommodate me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Jessica is a great therapist that helps break down issues to a manageable degree. She is very open to anything someone is dealing with and willing to listen.
Great therapist and respectful. Helped me realize a lot about myself that I didn’t know.
I really like that Jessica is more casually when speaking with her. It makes me feel like I can connect with her without judgment. I also like that she applies personal experiences to try and relate.
She's very nice and good at what she does
Jessica is incredibly caring and respectful. I never feel judged by her and I really enjoy talking to her. She has helped me a lot
She is compassionate and understanding. She focuses on your goals and how to help you achieve them. Talking with Jessica is like talking to your big sister.
She is amazing! Personable, honest, respectful and knowledgeable. She creates a safe space and provides actionable resources. I was able to share what I needed or looking for and she delivered with flying colors!
Jessica is a great therapist! She helps me tackle and manage issues I discover for myself and keeps conversations grounded and on topic. She was the first therapist recommended to me through Betterhelp and we get along great!
Jessica has been very helpful to me while I have been grieving the loss of my mother. She listens to me and gives helpful suggestions. I would definitely recommend her to someone dealing with grief or trauma.
Jessica is careful, clever, and a passionate fan of me, her client. She knows the right questions to ask. I'm thankful for her expertise.
I was pleasantly surprised when I recently started using BetterHelp. Jessica asks a lot of great questions that has started to changed my thought process lately.
Very knowledgeable and easy-going has a way of getting to the core of an issue without praying. Very talented therapist and kind person.
Jessica is a breath of fresh air. I have tried talk therapy in the past, but I always left sessions feeling worse than I did coming into them. This discouraged me for many years to try talk therapy again. I truly think therapists are not a one size fits all; you need to find your match. When Jessica and I had our first session, I felt we clicked right away. Jessica is present, genuine, engaged, and supportive in ways I haven’t experienced with other therapists. I am so happy to have found her and have her in my corner.
She’s amazing!!!
Jessica has really helped me a lot in short amount of time. She listens and understands what I am saying and gives great advice!
I really respect and appreciate Jessica’s straightforward no bull approach. From five minutes into our first conversation she “got” me and understood what I needed. She provided excellent insight and we immediately went to work putting together a plan to make progress in the areas that I was struggling. If you are looking for a down to earth, no bull, no psycho babble therapist/coach,,, Jessica is your girl…
Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and professional all while maintaining a kind and caring approach. I am able to open up about my emotions and leave each session with a path to move forward.
Jessica is an outspoken and open-minded therapist who will give you a constructive feedback. That is the kind of therapy I like. I need someone to help me see what I can't and not to pet me nice. I feel comfortable talking to her about everything.
Jessica is kind, insightful and nonjudgmental. I felt comfortable from the first session. Highly recommend her!
So far Jessica has been very pleasant and understanding. I believe she really thinks about her clients outside of the sessions.
