Mark is the first therapist in my life, so I have no reference point for comparison. What I can say is that Mark is very experienced in providing support. He is mellow and gentle when he needs to be, completely open and accepting of whatever comes out of my mouth. I've noticed (believe I've noticed) that he's fine tuning his approach depending on my emotional state and state of my mind. He is choosing right moments when to push for more and when to pull back, when to share his experience and when to entice me to talk more and self-explore the issue. At times I thought that he is saying things he thought I wanted to hear, but I guess he's just working on my need to get the right amount of positive feedback to open up to hear/understand things about myself that I need to improve and work on. All in all - in few sessions we had, Mark has learned things about me that not even my closest friends know. That is providing opportunities to heal and fulfill my full potential, to break free from weights of the past. Thank you Mark!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
