I have learned so many useful coping skills from Renee Todd. She listens to what I say and makes sure she understands my concerns and frustrations and helps me make reasonable and actionable goals for overcoming anxiety, difficulty falling and staying asleep, and depression. I learned grounding techniques, binaural bilateral stimulation, breathing exercises, and other tools to help me when I feel overwhelmed and feel a panic attack starting up. I highly recommend Renee Todd to anyone who doesn't want to just vent to someone but wants to make real, positive changes in their life

Renee has been very attentive to me and encourages me to record my feelings in different ways in order to help prevent my recurring nightmares. This has been helpful to me in that I have had much better sleep recently.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I feel my therapist is non bias towards things I tell her. I feel like when I’m in the wrong or it’s something I need to fix we try to dig into the issues and figure it out and if it is something that is normal she makes me feel like it’s ok to feel the way I am. I also feel like she honors the patient counselor confidentiality rules where I recently had an issue with this with a marriage counselor that me and my wife were speaking with that started calling our family members and friends about what we discussed in therapy.
