Miss Sally is what you think of when you think of a therapist. Hard conversations lead to breakthroughs I didn't were possible. No judgement but also the right amount of push back to allow me to see the light within a tunnel. I cry happy tears versus tears of despair. She takes a job serious and I tell she is appreciated because she is. I have cultural restraints that held me back in discovering me and she understood that and somehow thru my stubbornness, I can respect my culture whilst paving my own way. I thank God for her cause I know I don't need therapy but I deserve therapy so I can enjoy the life God has laid out for me. Thank you Miss Sally and thank you Betterhelp!!!

Sally is legitimately the first therapist I have ever had after years of therapy to pinpoint a particular issue that is at the root of the majority of my struggles. Instead of focusing on just ‘so what’s going on today’, she started at the beginning to identify causes of patterns and this has been a revelation for me. Very thankful for her abilities.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Sally has been a great therapist and has guided me through healing my past traumas. She helped me notice the things that have been affecting my life and how to work on making effective positive choices for myself So that I can heal from the things that were bothering me. In my time and therapy I have overcame so much, I didn’t want therapy to drag, but just get the help that I needed at the time and end it when necessary. I love this solution focused modality that Sally displayed. I explained the problems and we found the solutions to them. Through the inner work and alongside with Sally, I took the tools that she gave me and did the necessary work to heal. I would highly recommend Sally!

She is very compassionate and listens to all mess ! Been very helpful makes me feel validated !
Sally is great has a good background and was very pleasant and personable. She was able to helo me work through some difficult times
The best way to sum up my experience with Sally Rye-Gomes is peaceful and uplifting. I am one of those who never had a good experience with therapy. Didn't think I needed it as I felt as "trauma" was resolved, or therapy was very those who didn't have it together. I did it to prove to my friends I didn't need it but after my first session I realized my "traumas" were not resolved and It was hindering my growth and relationships. Ms. Sally is a therapist who listens and makes you feel like you are not judged, weird or better yet not alone. Yes she's paid to be there but she's like that favorite aunt that is rooting for you and there's nothing I can say that is shameful. I will continue with therapy with her as I can finally breathe and say I was hurt , be heard and told I got this. I knew it but having a professional say it, validated my pain something I didn't have.
Sally is very friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She asks what I need during a session and follows through. She’s timely and communicative. I really feel supported by her!
Sally is a good listener and provides practical suggestions and information to deal with a variety of issues.

After many tries at therapy, I feel I have finally found someone who really fits me, and I with her. Sally reinforces me and relates to me in such a real way that it creates a safe space for me to look within. With this teaming I have achieved so much progress in attacking things that have held me back for far too long. Sally is an expert at guiding and getting you to where you need to be. Highly recommend.
Sally had really understood my reason for therapy. She has helped me understand my thoughts and learn to take care of myself, first.
Honestly, what more can I say other then THANK YOU. I feel so seen, heard, valued, and empowered. Sally truly goes beyond therapist patient and really brings it human to human to truly connect and heal on your terms
