Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Michele offers a kind and understanding support while honestly sharing her point of view. She adapts to my needs and wouldn't force anything upon me that I don't feel comfortable with. Her goal is to find the best way to support me and for that she offers a variety of approaches that come along with a lot of experience.

Michelle was able to create safe space and build trust from the start despite my initial doubts and high standards. She's very responsive, easy to talk to and I feel her empathy in every session

Michelle has been a wonderful therapist over the past few months, and is actually the first therapist i've ever stuck with in my whole life! She is casual but professional, and i'd highly recommend her.

Michelle has opened up views again on my life. Helped me remember that inner child is always in need of support and love. Michelle has also helped me realise where my life events have impacted my adult life. And how to address them with a clearer mindset. I will be forever grateful, I believe we should all speak to someone like Michelle, as its the little things we forget as we get older that really help make a better life for ourselves. And those around us. Thankyou. You are an angel

Shelly is an amazing therapist. I've been working with her for about three months now and it's been a great experience. We've done a lot of EMDR and other sessions we just talk about things. She's very insightful and helpful and often guides me towards new ways of looking at something. Also the EMDR work is just amazing and solves up so much inner turmoil. So I can gladly recommend Shelly. She's also quick to respond to my messages and always makes sure that I have a slot that works for the both of us.
