Sarah has been a great fit for me. She listens well and shows good understanding. She lets me set the pace, so I have felt comfortable, and offers really helpful suggestions to help me. One of the things I have most appreciated is her positive feedback and encouragement - it has felt like having my own personal cheerleader to celebrate each of my small wins!

I can offer you a safe, confidential space to explore the areas that you are having difficulties with in life. It takes courage to reach out and access therapy. Are you feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, empty, disconnected, or experiencing any other feelings that are preventing you from enjoying life? Reaching out for help is one of the bravest and kindest things we can do for ourselves.

I am a professional, empathic and friendly therapist, who is committed to helping my clients explore solutions to their problems; enabling them to move forward with their lives. I work with clients in a welcoming and supportive environment, integrating a variety of therapeutic approaches to maximise change.

Throughout the past 16 years I have counselled clients in a variety of settings, both within the private and public sector. I offer a safe, non judgmental and confidential space in which you can explore any issues you may feel that you need help with, which may include depression, low self esteem, anxiety, panic attacks, isolation, psychological impacts of trauma, self harm, suicidal ideation and addictions.

I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor/ Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy); and therefore I abide by its ethical framework. I have regular supervision, and engage in continuing professional development. I am enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked, and work with children, young people and adults.

I strive to create a safe, therapeutic space, in which we can work together to explore your areas of concern; that maybe uncomfortable or distressing to discuss.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
