She’s professional and good

Reviewed June 2024

Pauline is a wonderful therapist. She has give me so much tools and knowledge that I didn’t know before to become a better person that I am proud of and help me tackle the key issues I always bring up in our sessions. She helps you see things from a different lens in all angles and gets you thinking about what things mean when you explain something to her. She is caring and respectful but also funny and lighthearted so sometimes the session isn’t too heavy. I would recommend Pauline to anyone who needs a therapist who listens, takes care of how you’re feeling, gets you to think outside the box and who also praises you when she sees the difference you’ve made on working on yourself. She responds in a timely manner and you always can feel free to message her anytime you want and you will get a response sooner or later. She’s helped me so much and I cannot thank her enough for coming on this journey with me and to become who I am today!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
