More about Natalie

The most important thing is that this is about you and to know I am committed to respecting you and your process and will work for you supporting you at your pace to use this to grow. I am honored you are trusting me with a part in your growth, and am looking forward to hearing your story and helping you with the next chapter. The sessions and approach will at first be for you to tell me as much as you can about where you have been, where you are now, and where you want to go from here. It will depend on what you want and should always be about helping you explore the source of pain and process thoughts, feelings, beliefs, choices, and effects on your life. I can offer different perspectives to help you with internal or external changes and integrate using MI, CBT, DBT, EMDR, PCIT, experiential, psychoeducation, client-centered approach, and more.

You are the expert on you, but I can help you discover more about your true self, the thinking patterns that keep you feeling stuck, work through shame and complicated feelings, aligning with your beliefs and spiritual self, practice ways to communicate with others, and change from the inside out. After more than 13 years of counseling; I believe growth is hard, even painful..... but life is also. We can control how we react to things that happen and holding things inside or avoiding them hurt us and our loved ones more.

Are you pretending, running, numbing, or repeating patterns in choices or relationships and suffering because it is scary and hard to look at yourself. The more we ignore things, the stronger they seem to get. But, I believe by honestly sharing you can transform pain, heal from trauma, see more clearly or gain perspective, and change your story to change your life!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Even though we've had only one session so far, Natalie was very helpful and understanding. She'd reassure me with the things im going through and give me great advice on how to deal with it. I've struggled in the past to find someone who can help me with my problems and Natalie was the first to make me really feel that I'm not alone nor stuck like this
