Michael Keller has great structure with his sessions. From the jump, he let me know his approach, provided me with some information to look at outside of our sessions to get a better understanding (not an overwhelming amount). I appreciate how sensitive he is but also does not beat around the bush. He immediately created goals that I struggle with and I never really felt like I was wasting time or getting nothing at all out of the session like I have in the past. He is very punctual and focused on the task at hand.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Michael was very kind and made me feel heard. I wasn't really sure what to expect because this was my first time in counseling, but he did a great job of making me feel comfortable. I also feel confident that I'll get a lot out of this experience after hearing his strategy/approach for our sessions.
